Thank you Harper Collins and William Morrow books for this free review copy. This has been a perfect summer read for me! This book tells the story of three sisters who have been raised in the US but whose parents are from India. When the sisters' mother passes away, she leave them a letter requesting that they take her ashes to India and spend time visiting strategic locations she has chosen. Her hope is that the sisters will re-connect and bond through the pilgrimage. I love books about families and sisters and this book did an excellent job of portraying the dynamic that often occurs between sisters. I also learned a lot about Indian culture which I really enjoyed. Although there are some serious subject, I would still recommend this if you're looking for a quick, enjoyable read this summer!
